That's why we've taken two fundamental and radical decisions - decisions other consulting firms are reluctant to take.
We only do what we are best at. If we know a project lies outside of our sphere of expertise, we don't do it. Though we may know someone who can.
We have no junior consultants or trainees. We assign only experienced partners and consultants to work on tasks. Our focus is always to be reliable. That's why we only use the best people to deliver solutions.
We have simply become too experienced to be satisfied with doing a job half well. Or, for that matter, half badly.
